Optimus enables change in behavioural safety and operational excellence, including training packages or workshops which in themselves will educate, raise awareness or develop skills. However, to make the change happen, support in the workplace is needed. Uniquely, we provide coaching as part of an overall change programme. Having on-site coaches means there are dedicated people whose sole aim is to embed change and get the best out of people, without the distractions of managing, production, operations, construction, administration or advising activities.
