Overview

Optimus Safety Management is a Safety, Health and Environmental consultancy with an excellent knowledge in the behavioural aspects of SHE performance.

Formed in 2003, Optimus focus on helping our clients implement positive and sustainable changes in SHE performance. Our aim is to help you make a difference and develop a 'Culture of Care'.

The following pages will highlight some detail behind our service concepts, although the final delivery is always tailored to meet our customer's specific and unique requirements.

Although Optimus is the largest provider of trained Safety Coaches in the North Sea (coaching on more than 15 installations) and has a reputation for energising behavioural observation systems using a 'Concept of Care', there are many more elements to delivering successful behavioural safety, health or environmental programs - details of which you can find within this website.

Optimus currently operate in the UK, Europe, the Balkans, Australia and South East Asia and are looking to expand further.
